I’ve seen the heel-less shoes but how about sole-less heels? I seriously can’t help but think that these shoes are not functional and really quite ugly. They look like leg braces for sprained ankles with black tape wrapped all over. The shoes debuted as part of the London Fashion Week Spring 09 Collections… and I don’t see these being trendy at all unless you want a pair of nasty feet! Pretty silly overall.

As always, Gucci showcased a wonderful group of shoes at the Gucci Spring 09 Collection runway show. I would wear these high heel platform sandals again and again. I love the high platforms and the sexy three buckle accents that wrap around the ankle… smashing!!! Here are a few of my favorite shoes from the collection.

Here is the spring 2009 collection from Scherer Gonzalez. A floral-inspired theme that is somewhat over the top but very feminine. Beautiful shoes for strutting down the runway. If you love the look you could always find your favorite heels, head down to your local Michael’s and make this a do-it-yourself project.
