I got really giddy when I saw these phenomenal laced shoes by Balenciaga. Ever had striped heels? The stripes on the heel work quite well with the overall design of the shoe. Kind of retro and a hint of preppiness. The sturdy heel makes it comfy for you to walk in.
I prefer the dark brown ones since I’m more attracted to suede in fall/winter seasons. Love the fur trim… so cozy! A perfect pair of shoes for day time to night time. The kind of shoe that you won’t ever want to take off!

I’ve been drooling
over and in absolute love with these heavenly Betsey Johnson Fringed Ankle Boots… I waited for them to go on a sale. And now they are on sale for $250.95 $320 at Zappos. My very first impression was “Sexy-Bohemian” when I laid my eyes on these suede boots.

All I could imagine was putting these lovelies on with my skinny pants and a biker jacket. Totally hot! Look at those adorable little tassels. And the awesome color combo – black & pink. Even the pink sole is pretty with a Marilyn face on it. The boot comes in brown also.
Here is a more affordable alternative Fringed Ankle Boots… also has cute tassels and fringes. On sale for only $62.40 $78!!! I’m still leaning towards Betsey’s though.

Today, I found this cute pic inside of the Vogue Oct issue “best of breed” editorial. This pug sure has great taste in shoes – Yves Saint Laurent ankle boots ($1070). Would you take the shoe or the puppy… how about both!
